There are some approaches how to solve it:
- Developer options -> Enable "Mobile data always active"
- Open Settings -> Connections -> WiFi -> 3 Dots -> Advanced -> Switch to mobile data -> Network exceptions -> Remove Carsifi-XXXXX device if added
