Some of our users reported that their Xiaomi MIUI 13(some models) Wireless Android Auto disconnects and reconnects at the moment when the cellular signal is out. We are working to find a way how to resolve such an issue.
But it looks like this MIUI 13 issue, and we need to wait for new updates. The same issue with Xiaomi MIUI 13 is in cars that support original Wireless Android Auto too.
Possible solutions in an easy way:
- change the WIFI gateway in the Carsifi adapter to a Phone Hotspot
Possible solutions in the harder way:
- try to downgrade MIUI to the 12 version.
- try to install AOSP ROM for Xiaomi(one of our customers reported that the disconnect was gone after it)
